Fort Smith, Ark. — The ArcBest Performing Arts Center is launching a community giveback initiative supporting United Way of Fort Smith Area, reinforcing a shared commitment to investing in and strengthening the local community.
Throughout the month of May, $1 from every ticket purchased for Reed Timmer’s Dominate the Storm live experience, coming to Fort Smith on Aug. 1, 2026, will be donated directly to United Way of Fort Smith Area. The event offers audiences an engaging look into extreme weather science and storm chasing while supporting United Way’s ongoing work across the region.
Since 1928, United Way of Fort Smith Area has connected donors, volunteers and nonprofit organizations to address the region’s most pressing challenges. Serving Crawford, Franklin, LeFlore, Logan, Sebastian and Sequoyah counties, the organization brings together businesses and community partners to strengthen support systems, improve lives and build lasting stability. Notably, 100% of donations raised are directed back into the local community through United Way’s Community Partner Agencies and initiatives.
