If you’re an avid disc golf fan or traditional golfing enthusiast, Forth Smith has some fun options for you.
A standout premier course in the state of Arkansas, Ben Geren Golf Course is host to three courses with 27 challenging holes and scenic wooded surroundings, putting greens, and a driving range. It’s a favorite for locals and visitors and hosts tournaments throughout the year.
You can also play three 18-hole courses of disc golf at Ben Geren Regional Park. These are labeled by skill levels of yellow, orange, and white. Challenges include tunnel shots, buried and hanging targets, and water elements.
Deer Trails Country Club is another favorite Fort Smith golfing option. This golf course combines a relaxed atmosphere with a nine-hole course that’s perfect for beginners. There’s also an on-site restaurant, Links at Chaffee Crossing, where you can enjoy ribs or smoked brisket after a day out on the greens.
