A&P Commission Meetings

The Advertising & Promotion Commission meets on the fourth Wednesday* of the month from 4 to 5:30 p.m. All meetings occur at the Fort Smith Public Library Main Branch, Davis Room, located at 3201 Rogers Ave, Fort Smith. Meetings are open to the public. If a member of the public wishes to address the Commission for longer than 3 minutes, requests must be provided to the Executive Director via email (ashleigh@discoverfortsmith.com) at least seven business days before the meeting. The email must contain the following information: Names of those speaking before the Commission with an email address, phone number, and address for each speaker. This is to ensure adequate time is given and documented in the agenda. 

*Due to Spring Break at the local school system, the March 26th meeting has been moved up a week. Also, due to the holidays, the November and December meetings have been combined and will be hosted on the first Wednesday of December.
