Fort Smith, Ark – February 7th, 2025 – The Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders 2025 Home Show is set to take place from February 14th through 16th at the Fort Smith Convention Center in downtown Fort Smith, AR.
This annual event showcases the latest innovations in home products and services, bringing together vendors, builders and industry experts under one roof. Attendees can explore everything from cutting-edge designs and smart home technology to landscaping and remodeling solutions. The event also features informative seminars, exciting giveaways, and plenty of inspiration for projects big and small. Admission: $5.00 Adults; Kids 17 and under FREE. Veterans are FREE on Saturday.

About Tamara Tapman:
Tamara Tapman is the Vice President VA Liaison for SWBC Mortgage where she serves as a military veteran’s community representative and instructor for VA home loan programs. Her area of expertise includes VA renovation loans to remodel an existing dwelling or the purchase of a home to include renovations. Tamara is also a products expert on VA new home construction. As the former Mortgage Lender Liaison and Branch Manager at the Texas Veterans Land Board for more than two decades, Tamara has been a devoted military advocate, helping veterans to take advantage of their benefits and obtain low-interest home loans.

Six area schools’ construction classes will design and build unique dog houses, which will be judged by home builder members. About Paws of Love Arkansas
Paws of Love AR is a small, foster-based 501(c) (3) animal rescue. Dedicated to helping stray and unwanted animals in Sebastian County and beyond. Without a physical shelter, they rely on foster families to provide care, training, and socialization, ensuring successful adoptions. Beyond rescue, they advocate for spaying, neutering, vaccinations, and heartworm prevention. They are currently developing programs to assist pet owners with food, medical care, and access to low-cost spay/neuter clinics.
