FORT SMITH, AR — The Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders (GFSAHB) proudly announces the 2026 Home Show, presented by Breeden Dodge, taking place February 20–22 at the Fort Smith Convention Center.
The Home Show is the River Valley’s premier event for home inspiration, expert advice, and family-friendly activities, bringing together trusted local builders, remodelers, financial institutions, suppliers, and home service professionals under one roof.
An official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony hosted by the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce will take place Friday at 11:00 a.m., formally opening the event. Media representatives are invited to attend and capture one of the region’s largest annual consumer events.
Throughout the weekend, attendees can explore dozens of vendor exhibits featuring the latest in construction, remodeling, flooring, roofing, outdoor living, home décor, and financing options. The Home Show provides homeowners the opportunity to meet directly with local professionals and start planning their next project with confidence. Families will enjoy the interactive Lowe’s Kids Build, sponsored by Lowe’s, where children can participate in hands-on building activities designed to spark interest in the skilled trades. A bounce house provided by Bullfrog Bouncers will add to the weekend fun.
Special guest Baby Clay — known as the world’s largest brick and a Guinness World Record holder — will appear at the show on Friday and Saturday, offering unique photo and interview opportunities.
The weekend will feature multiple prize giveaways, including special promotions for the first 100 paid attendees when doors open. Headline giveaways include a $1,000 Pendleton Woolen Mills gift basket sponsored by Old Fort Furniture on Friday, and Sunday’s “Sweet Bay for a Year,” awarding one lucky attendee a complimentary monthly lunch and specialty drink for an entire year.
Proceeds from the Home Show support the Association’s workforce development efforts, including the Residential Construction Apprentice Program (RCAP), scholarships, and community outreach initiatives.
“The Home Show is more than an event — it’s an investment in our community,” said DeAnne Hankins, Executive Officer of the Greater Fort Smith Association of Home Builders. “We are proud to bring together local businesses, families, and future trades professionals to celebrate the importance of home building and skilled careers.” Affordable family admission is $5 for adults. Children 18 and under are admitted free. Veterans receive complimentary admission all weekend with valid ID as a thank you for their service.
