Levitt AMP Fort Smith Music Series Pops Up at The Bakery District April 17 Featuring Grammy Winner Ruthie Foster and Local Opener Ava Earnhart

 

Free, Family-Friendly Outdoor Concert in the Heart of Downtown Fort Smith

 

Fort Smith, AR – April 14, 2025 – Main Street Fort Smith is excited to present a special pop-up concert as part of the Levitt AMP Fort Smith Music Series! On Thursday, April 17, the music moves downtown to the outdoor patio at The Bakery District (70 S 7th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901), with a night of live performances by Grammy Award-winner Ruthie Foster and local singer-songwriter Ava Earnheart.

 

This free, family-friendly concert begins at 6:00 PM, with doors opening at 5:30 PM. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and enjoy the relaxed outdoor atmosphere at one of Fort Smith’s most vibrant community gathering spaces.

 

“This special concert at The Bakery District is a true downtown experience—great music, great space, and great people,” said Amanda Hager, Executive Director of Main Street Fort Smith. “We are honored to welcome Ruthie Foster to Fort Smith, and to highlight rising local talent like Ava Earnhart in this beautiful venue.”

 

About the Artists:

  • Ruthie Foster, known for her incredible vocal power and uplifting performances, recently won the Grammy for Best Contemporary Blues Album. Her sound blends blues, soul, folk, and gospel into a one-of-a-kind live show.
     

  • Ava Earnheart, a talented local singer-songwriter, will open the evening with original music filled with heartfelt lyrics and soulful melodies.
